Structure

In order to ensure transparent and consistent organizational decision-making, AIG is based on two-tier governance system. Highest managerial decision-making authority is the meeting of the founders, which decides on corporate matters and appoint and controls other organization units. AIG is managed and represented by a director accountable before the founders and the supervisory board, responsible for supervision and control of director's managerial activities. For attaining organizational objectives, AIG establishes committees composed of members of the organization.
